Amman - Mayor of Hebron, Mr. Tayseer Abu Sneineh, met with the Ambassador of the republic of Indonesia to Jordan and Palestine , Mr. Andy Rachmianto, with a view to brief him about the situation of Hebron, its religious and historical significance, the division of the city into H1 and H2 (under the Israeli Security Dominance), and the suffering of Hebron citizens particulalrywho live in the Old city as a result of the violation and obstruction by the Israeli Occupation and settlers.  Also, this meeting aimed to put lights on promoting the mutual cooperation between the two counties. During the meeting, Mr. Abu Sneineh submitted a proposal to support the construction of Health Rehabilitation Center in the city of Hebron, to improve the services provided to the citizens.

On the other part, Mr. Rachmianto, thanked Mayor of Hebron for his visit. He also underlined the support of Indonesia Government and People for the Palestinian cause, and expressed willingness to build ties between Hebron and other cities of Indonesia. Moreover, he promised to submit the proposals of  to the competent authority to support the requested projects.

It is worth mentioning that the mayor was accompanied Bilal Muhtaseb, Head of public relation and Ghaith Ghaith, Head of media at Hebron Municipality.
