A delegation of Konya Municipality chaired by Mr. Gokhan Bozabas, visited Hebron Municipality and met with the Mayor, Mr. Tayseer Abu Sneineh, to discuss the opportunities of promoting mutual cooperation, and to invite the Mayor to attend the International Conference "Turkey and Palestinian Cause" which will be held in Konya, on 20-22 October,2017.

Mr. Abu Sneineh appreciated the invitation of Konya Municipality, and praised their role in supporting the Palestinians. He also referred to the twinning ties between Hebron and many Turkish cities including Konya City.

On the other part, Mr. Bozabas, thanked the Mayor for the warm reception and hospitality, and said that the conference aims to enable policy makers to use valuable information to make sound decisions, and to establish joint projects in various political, cultural, social and other fields.
