Hebron Municipality and the Temporary International Presence in Hebron (TIPH) celebrated the completion of Hebron Primary School restoration work. The celebration was attended by the Director of Education of Hebron, Representatives of Fatah movement, and Parents of students.   

Mayor of Hebron, Mr. Tayseer Abu Sneineh, said that Hebron municipality is currently constructing and restoring about 29 schools in different areas in the city, which goes in line with the municipality strategic and development plan (SDIP) to enhance the education sector in the city.    

It is worth mentioning that Hebron Primary School is located in area  under the Israeli control, and with a view to promote the steadfastness of the teachers and students , Hebron municipality contributed more than NIS 200,000 to build the school, and it was constructed in cooperation with the TIPH.
