Mayor of Hebron, Mr. Tayseer Abu Sneineh received the Indonesian Ambassador to Palestine and Jordan, Mr. Andy Rachmianto and his accompanied delegation, and briefed them about the Hebron City's situation. The meeting was also attended by members from the municipal council.

Mr. Abu Sneineh welcomed the delegation in the city of Hebron, which is inscribed on the UNESCO's World Heritage -in danger- list,  and thanked the Indonesian Government and people for their supportive stance to the Palestinian people and just cause.

Thereafter, the Mayor escorted Mr. Rachmianto to 'Jroun Jarad' in the Southern Area of the city, to get a view of the proposed site to construct a hospital with a support from the Indonesian  Government.

Then, Mr. Abu Sneineh held a meeting in the headquarter of the Palestinian Businessmen forum, where he brought together the Ambassador with the city's businessmen and institutions, and this meeting was also attended by the Chairman and members of Hebron's Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

Mr. Rachmianto thanked Hebron Municipality for the warm reception and hospitality, and assured the continuous support  of Indonesia to Palestine in different fields, then, they discussed about the Mayor's visit to Indonesia in the context of the next week with a view to find opportunity to support different development projects.
