Invitation for Bid

Hebron Municipality has received a Grant from the Palestinian Municipalities Support Program (PMSP), funded by Italian Government through the Ministry of Local Government, Directorate General of Joint Service Councils.

Hebron  Municipality  announces its intent to (Procurement of Furniture) within the Project 'Capacity and Institutional Building of Water & Wastewater Department in Hebron Municipality And Project Code HEB WM 02009’’ .

All qualified contractors, are invited to participate. Tender documents are available at Hebron Municipality during official working hours, at a cost of 50 Euro Starting from Wednesday 20-NOV. -2013

All tenders must be submitted to Hebron Municipality designated Office no later than 12⁰⁰ pm on

 (5-Dec- 2013)

Notes:

1.       The Tender Opening Session will be held in public on ( Thursday -5-Dec- 2013) 12⁰⁰ pm at Hebron Municipality. Tender evaluation will be private.

2.       All Tenderers will be notified in writing about Tender outcomes.

3.        The successful Tenderer will bear the cost of advertising.

4.       As written in the Tender, Hebron Municipality will not be forced to choose the cheapest/lowest offer.

5.       The project is VAT exempted, offers prices must be submitted in EURO excluding VAT and Customs.

6.        All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security of  as follows:

7.       The Offer and Bid Security shall be valid for: 90 days after the dead line for bid submission specified in the bidding data.

وزارة الحكم المحلي – بلدية الخليل

إعلان طرح عطاء

تعلن بلدية الخليل  عن عزمها على طرح عطاء (شراء أثاث مكتبي)  في إطار مشروع (بناء القدرات والمؤسسات لقسمي المياه والصرف الصحي لبلدية الخليل)  الممول من برنامج دعم البلديات الفلسطينية (PMSP).

و بتمويل من قبل الحكومة الايطالية من خلال وزارة الحكم المحلي - المديرية العامة لمجالس الخدمات المشتركة /PMSP.

على الراغبين بالمشاركة من المقاولين المؤهلين ،  مراجعة بلدية الخليل خلال ساعات العمل الرسمية للحصول على  وثائق المناقصة ، بتكلفة 50 يورو غير مستردة وابتداءً من الاربعاء الموافق 20- تشرين الثاني -2013.

آخر موعد لتقديم العطاءات لبلدية الخليل هو الساعة 12⁰⁰  ظهرا من يوم الخميس  الموافق 5- كانون الأول-2013.

ملاحظات :

1.  ستعقد جلسة علنية لفتح عطاءات المناقصة  يوم الخميس الموافق 5- كانون الأول -2013 في تمام الساعة 12⁰⁰  ظهرا في بلدية الخليل \ قسم العطاءات, أما  تقييم العطاءات يتم من خلال جلسة مغلقة .
2. سيتم إخطار جميع مقدمي العطاءات كتابة عن نتائج المناقصة.
3. رسوم الإعلان على من يرسو عليه العطاء.
4. بلدية الخليل غير مقيدة بأقل الأسعار و دون إبداء الأسباب .
5. جميع العطاءات يجب أن ترفق بكفالة دخول عطاءات بقيمة

6. المشروع معفي من الضريبة وعلى المقاولين تقديم أسعارهم  باليورو و بدون ضريبة القيمة المضافة وبدون جمارك.
7. يكون عرض الأسعار والكفالة سارية المفعول لفترة 90 يوماً من تاريخ الإقفال.
