The Mayor of Hebron, Mr. Tayseer Abu Sneineh, accompanied by a delegation of Mannheim Municipality chaired by Ms. Marianne Bade , a municipal councilor, toured the Hebron's Old city where they visited  Al Ibrahimi Mosque and areas adjacent to settlements. The Mayor briefed them about the situation of the city, and it was an opportunity for the delegation to get a first-hand view of the citizens' suffering on the ground.

The tour was preceded by a meeting held in Hebron Municipality, where  Mr. Abu Sneineh underlined that Hebron Municipality takes pride of the twinning agreement with Mannheim city, and discussed about funding opportunities for different vital projects, that could benefit the two sides, and enhance the services provided to the citizens.
